The NAMTECH Outreach Program is a transformative initiative designed to elevate the learning for ITI students by training through cutting-edge technology and innovation. By bridging the gap between traditional vocational education and industry demands, we empower these learners in their 2nd year of ITI with future-ready technical competencies through advanced Technology enhancing their employability and career prospects.

We create Hubs—centralized Specialized training labs equipped with advanced machines and Tools within ITIs and depute expert mentors and trainers—that empower Spokes, our partnered ITIs, through:

Handholding through a team of Fellows for counselling & Mentoring support

Advanced training Hubs offering expert training, mentorship and industry-aligned skill competencies.
5 ITI Hubs located in Mehsana, Visnagar, Vadnagar, Siddhpur, and Kheralu, providing hands-on skilling.
Equipped with Technical Manufacturing Labs specializing in Automation, Advanced Welding, Precision Engineering, Electrical Automation, and Advanced Automotive Technology to enhance practical learning.
Digital Edge Labs set up at each Hub, providing specialized training in Employability, Language and Career Enhancement Modules, ensuring holistic development.

Phygital Training

Combination of digital learning (AR/VR, simulations) and physical training in Technical labs at Hubs.

Mobile training units (Moving Campus) with smart Simulators, Labs and tools.
Training Duration:

160 hours of assisted learning.
168 hours of self-learning.
150 hours Hands-on learning in industrial automation, precision engineering, Advanced Welding, Advanced Automotive and Energy automation.

Globally Recognized Certifications (ITES Singapore).
Technical Workshop Trainings: Focused on automation, precision engineering, and digital manufacturing.
Soft Skills & Employability Training: Resume building, communication skills, and workplace adaptability.
Industry Visits & Guest Lectures: Real-world exposure through direct engagement with industry leaders.
