Sandeep Achantani, is working as Director, NAMTECH School of Social Impact.
Sandeep made a conscious shift from corporate to the “Not for Profits” social impact sector due to his long-cherished desire to contribute towards resolving the myriad socio-economic challenges faced by India. As the leader for NAMTECH School of Social Impact, he aims to work towards addressing simultaneously, two big challenges that a large population of India faces, i.e. quality of education and availability of skilled and remunerative jobs.
Previously Sandeep has been C-Suite Executive with 28 years of experience in starting and growing operations, driving business ahead by building sales pipelines, steering profitability, penetrating new markets, and leading operational transformations. He has expertise in providing strategic direction and leadership for the organizations to succeed in multiple markets, each with unique business situations.
Before joining NAMTECH, Sandeep was working as CEO (MEA Region) for Innovis Telecom Services Group. He has led and scaled up telecommunication networks infrastructure in several geographies in Africa and Middle East. Also, he has had a very successful stint as Principal Consultant with International Growth Partners, in the domain of growth strategy consulting for large MNCs in India, China and Africa.
